Hello my lovelies! Holy guacamole it is getting real. I am currently about 2 weeks away from training camp and everyday it feels more real.

Due to my family recently moving to Arizona I have kinda been distracted from how close it is getting but yesterday my family and I went to the REI store and got all my gear! I previously went into the store on a Saturday (big mistake for GLAMpers like me) and I was totally overwhelmed. There were so many polls and zippers and choices I didn't even know where to start which led me to walk out in 15 minutes empty handed. But this time with the lovey help of my family I lasted a whole two hours and was able to get all of my gear! My parents just kept laughing at me as I tried out different packs and sleeping pads still in awe that the girls who has never been camping is living out of a backpack for nine months. My favorite part was sitting in the living room figuring out my gear and trying my best to pretend like I knew what I was doing.
